MARK SMITH, Secretary
Mark Smith has been a part of Wilson-Heirgood since 1995. He currently serves as the Secretary on our executive board. Mark has worked in the transportation insurance industry for 20 years, specializing in fleet business. Mark has a finance degree from the University of Oregon and has also received the "Delivering the Goods" award, the highest honor awarded by Great West Casualty Truck Insurance.
CRAIG FEOLA, Vice President
Coming from a management background, Craig Feola began his career in the insurance industry with Wilson-Heirgood Associates in 2002. He has earned our Producer of the Year award four consecutive years in a row, due to his great success in our commercial trucking department. Currently, he serves on the executive board as the Vice President of the agency.
DAVE LINGENFELDER, CIC, CRM
Dave Lingenfelder began his career as an insurance agent with Wilson-Heirgood Associates in 1992. He has earned a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation as well as a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. Dave also holds a bachelors degree from the University or Oregon.
Mike Dorman
Mike Dorman joined Wilson-Heirgood Associates in early 2009 as an agent in the Commercial Trucking department. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mike’s ability to attract new clients and retain existing ones through excellent service and proactive methods makes him a significant contributor to the success of WHA.
