CSR 24 is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with issuing insurance certificates, auto ID cards, and reporting claims.
Call our office at 541-342-4441 during regular business hours, 8:30 to 5:00, to obtain a login ID and password to access this service.
We will then send you instructions for issuing your own certificates of insurance online.
